Creamy Garlic Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes

Ingredients
800g raw Chicken Breast
3-4 Garlic Cloves Minced
2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tsp Mixed Herbs
2 tsp Chilli Flakes
3 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Olive Oil
800g Yukon gold Potatoes
1tbsp olive oil
120ml milk
100g light cream cheese
40g parmesan
extra seasoning
50g shredded mozzarella
garnish with fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 200 c / 400 f
Cut potatoes into cubes and add to a baking pan. Add salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, and olive oil and mix well
Bake for 20-30 minutes
Combine chicken, garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, paprika, salt, and olive oil in a bowl and mix well
Heat a pan on medium high heat and add chicken. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
Add milk, cream cheese, parmesan, and extra seasoning to the pan and mix well
Add potatoes and chicken back to the pan and mix well
Sprinkle mozarella on top and cover the pan, letting the cheese melt
