Healthy Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
1tbsp peanut oil
2lbs chicken breast
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp sriracha
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 red pepper
1 red onion
2 green onion
540g cooked white rice
sesame seeds
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes.
Add half the garlic, paprika, black pepper, and sriracha to chicken, mix well.
Put half the oil in the pan and heat to medium high.
Cook chicken for 8 minutes.
Once chicken is cooked, lower the heat and add honey & half the soy sauce. cook for a bit longer and remove chicken from pan
Add rest of oil (0.5tbsp) to the pan and heat to medium high.
Add additional minced garlic, red pepper, and red onion to a pan and cook for five minutes.
